I love coming here! I have seen Allison a few times for lip filler and she absolutely perfects my lips every time. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and makes me feel so at ease- i didn’t even feel a pinch during my treatment! I recently saw Emily for botox and she was great! I cannot say enough nice things about this office - it is clean, modern, and beautiful inside and the staff is incredibly friendly. Would 10/10 recommend!

Milton Medical Aesthetics is an absolutely amazing place and such a great addition to the East Milton Square area. I have been there several times since it has opened and have been pleased with my experiences each and every time. Chelsea provided an amazing hydrafacial and eyebrow shaping, Sara gave myself and a friend the RF microneedling procedure while Lindsey is the absolute best with all injectables. This is the only place and staff that I will trust to perform these procedures. I have referred several friends and family members, all who had positive experiences. I cannot wait to go back and try more of the amazing services that are offered here.

The best! I highly recommend Milton Medical Aesthetics. One of the many things I love about MMA is that owners Allie and Lindsey are both experienced nurse practitioners who are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I’ve had many services done here and I’ve loved them all. I recently did Morpheus8 treatments on my face and neck - and my skin looks radiant. Their IPL laser treatments are incredible - and have taken years off my face and decollete. I love their hydrafacials, which leave my skin glowing. The MMA team is amazing - and the space is just beautiful.

I come from a family, (parent of a family) owned business. Customer satisfaction is key yet sadly rare to come by in this day and age. I can happily say this business does not lack in sup-berg customer service and making sure there clients are educated and satisfied. I wouldn’t go elsewhere for the treatments and services I have received and continue to. The workers particularly in my case Lindsey, Jamie and Allison are honest, courteous, generous and fully educated-knowledgeable in all the services and treatments in which they offer. My experience at this spa has been amazing and I consider this the best, most professional, and results driven group in the business. Not only is the location great, but the ambiance is beautiful and serene. Perhaps the most impressive piece is the knowledgeable and caring staff. They take a personal interest in all of their clients, are completely consultative and work diligently to ensure that you are happy with their services. Can’t say enough about this stellar team and would never go anywhere else.

Hingham Medical Aesthetics is by far the best on the South Shore. I have been going to Sydney for years now and trust her with my life! So amazing and won’t go anywhere else.
