sara is wonderful! great results and knowledge!

I was so hesitant to get any type of Botox/dysport but once I decided to take the leap I knew it had to be with someone I trusted. As a healthcare provider myself, it was crucial to me that my esthetician be a highly qualified registered nurse. I found Sara and decided to go see her as she came highly recommended and wow, was I blown away. She answered all my questions and let me decide how involved I wanted to be in the process (knowing very well that some people just want it done and to get out!). She took the time to really map out my face, walk me through my options, and help me decide our best course of action. My results for my TMJ and forehead dysport were incredible but my favorite part about seeing Sara (aside from her awesome care) is how beautiful she made me feel. I didn’t feel like she looked for other things to fix- she merely wanted to enhance what I already had and relieve my TMJ pain. For that alone I will fly back from Texas to see her for these procedures every single time. I won’t trust anyone else to do what she can do with the level of professionalism, warmth, and expertise!

I have been seeing Sara Macrae for a couple of years. I've had hydraFacials, botox, microneedling, PRP, etc. I cannot recommend Sara enough. From the moment I walk into the med spa, I feel welcome and at ease. The space is impeccably clean, calming, and beautifully designed – the perfect environment for self-care. Sara takes the time to thoroughly discuss my concerns and goals, explaining each procedure in detail and ensuring I felt completely comfortable before we began. Sara has genuine care, and dedication to achieving the best results for her clients, without overselling. She is truly committed to excellence. I have seen a significant difference in my skin, and I'm thrilled with the results and will definitely be returning for more treatments in the future!

I followed Sara to Milton Medical Aesthetics and I can’t recommend her strongly enough! She is the perfect combination of skilled and conservative with botox/Dysport. You walk away still looking like yourself, just more refreshed and more youthful. She has never upsold me on anything and never encouraged me to get work I didn’t need or want. She should be your first spot if you’re looking to try out Botox for the first time.

I wanted to share what a superlative artistic hand Inga had doing my eyebrows. She is conscientious and detailed to task. It was not an easy duty as I had a pinkish tattoo she had to cover. Some clinicians refuse to go over someone else's work. Inga is a kind and caring person that listens to your goals and makes you feel welcome and comfortable.

I decided to refresh my appearance. My experience with Allison was top notch. 10 out of 10. She was informative, upbeat, and caring. Was never pressured into additional services.
