I had the most wonderful experience when I visited Sara for a hydra facial at Milton Medical aesthetics. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and really listens when you describe your skincare needs and concerns to her. She also made the experience so relaxing, it truly felt like a great moment of self care in addition to a learning moment when it came to my personal skincare journey. Hydra facials with Sara have become a part of my skincare and self care routine. I look forward to seeing her bimonthly. I always leave feeling rejuvenated

I have been seeing Lindsey for Botox for about 2yrs, originally in Easton and now in Hingham. Admittedly, I'm a big baby with needles. Lindsey has been the absolute best accommodating my squeamish tendencies, as well as providing trustworthy advice on treaments and skin care. Not once have I felt pressured into purchasing something I may not need, as I have many times at other med spas over the years. I recently received a plasma microneedling treatment at HMA, by Jamie. She was just as accommodating & careful, & explained every single step of the process before and as she was performing it. I can't say enough about the fabulous, professional, and friendly women here. I drive an hour to receive my treatments here, & will go no where else. Truly a gem in Hingham, thank you to the whole staff for being masters of your craft.

So happy I found this place! I've seen multiple estheticians and NPs and have had nothing but 10/10 care. Everyone at Hingham Medical Esthetics is knowledgable, talented, and creates the most wonderful environment. I walk out the door each time euphoric and texting my girlfriends they need to come. Love love love.

Lindsay and her team could not have been better! I Love my results! The decor is gorgeous and relaxing. She is very informative- I was scared and she explained everything, totally putting me at ease. I can’t to go back!! Well worth the investment in yourself!!

I had the absolute best experience here. The interior is beautiful and so clean. Sarah gave me the best hydra facial and really consulted me on a strategy for my skin moving forward that will solve for my needs but not break the bank. Alison did an incredible job with my first ever Botox injection. She made me feel comfortable with the process and is truly an expert. The prices are reasonable. On top of the quality services and great atmosphere, they are truly the nicest people. I left the spa in the best mood. I can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to go back!
