Had the best experience at this medical spa. I saw Keely for a hydrating facial and felt unbelievable after. She makes you feel calm and comfortable the entire time. She’s also hilarious and makes the facial feel like you’re hanging with one of your bffs. Make sure to make an appointment with her!

I have had treatments with both Allison and Tracy, and can't be positive enough about my experiences with both. With Tracy I have done an IPL spot treatment (for dark spots) and the morpheus microneedling with radio-frequency. With Allison I did Botox. This practice was recommended to me by a friend whose skin always looks amazing, I have not been disappointed. I have seen dark spots almost disappear, something that never happened with any other treatment I have done, the exact amount and location of Botox applied, so that I don't even need a follow up appointment, and the overall appearance of my skin improve across the boards. I love that when I arrive at the clinic, I immediately feel relaxed. The vibe is chill, there is a friendly person at the desk, beverages, and I never feel rushed at all. In fact, this last time, I was almost 15 minutes late due to traffic, and Tracy did everything possible to help me relax. She let me know I was her last patient of the day and we were in no rush, she even gave me a little scalp and facial massage to help me calm down after running around all day. I am only ever in town for a few days at a time, and both Allison and Tracy have been very helpful in figuring out what kinds of treatments will work for my travel schedule and been forthcoming about the trade-offs of different options and their prices. I love that they let me know when they have products that may be helpful, but they are not at all pushy about me purchasing them. I highly recommend this clinic - you won't be disappointed if you set up a consultation with them; they will explain the options clearly to you so you can make a decision that makes sense for you.

When my wife suggested body contouring at MA, I was a tad reluctant because I thought it was for aesthetics only. Boy was I wrong! Even after my first session, my target areas became stronger, my gait improved, and my workouts became more effective, making morning runs more productive and enjoyable. Big shout out to Tracy and everyone at Hingham MA for their experience, professionalism, and welcoming environment. I was so impressed with Milton Medical Aesthetics! I had heard great things about Morpheus 8 as a treatment to improve skin tone and went in for a consult. The office is lovely with a comfortable waiting room and welcoming reception staff. Keely was amazing in explaining the numerous benefits and what was involved in the treatment. She was knowledgeable and thorough.When I went for the treatment, her kindness and professionalism allayed my fears. It is not the most fun treatment - think hot meat tenderizer - but it really works. After two treatments my skin was tighter, smoother, and healthier. I highly recommend Keely and Milton Medical!
