Keely is the best!

Keely has transformed my skin. A few laser treatments later, and my friends and clients tell me that I look ten years younger. I have a new found appreciation for the mirror!

I recently saw Sara for Botox and I cannot recommend her enough for treatments! She is absolutely the best — knowledgeable, skilled, and incredibly attentive. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable and confident that you're in expert hands. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers any questions you might have, and ensures the results are natural and tailored to your goals. Sara truly knows what she’s doing, and you’ll leave feeling like the best version of yourself!

I have been going to HMA for three or so years and every experience has been wonderful. I truly believe that they are one of thee best in the south shore for injectables and I would not trust anyone else. Their office is pristine, their staff is pleasant and incredibly knowledgeable, and their work is *chefs kiss* level. My favorite is Allison and Tracy. Allison is an incredibly talented RN and injector. Tracy gives the best facials in the area- truly a top notch experience every time. She is very sweet & fun to talk with, she always has great input and suggestions for my face and knows what it needs each time I go there. The services are so worth the cost and the girls are welcoming, professional, and super talented. I won't go anywhere else.

Sara MacRae is the BEST when it comes to Botox, filler, etc. I truly trust her with anything. She’s incredibly smart, knowledgeable, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. She always takes the time to explain the why + how behind her approach, which makes the whole process feel so comfortable and informed. I also love that she’s super honest -- if she thinks something won’t look natural, she’ll tell you, and she always achieves that effortless, natural look. She’s gentle, calming, and just fun to be around. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Sara at Milton Medical Aesthetics is the best RN/injector and has been my go-to for years! I made the mistake of going to someone in LA in a pinch and they just didn't compare to her. Now I don't trust anyone else with my face
