I have been seeing Sara Macrae for a couple of years. I've had hydraFacials, botox, microneedling, PRP, etc. I cannot recommend Sara enough. From the moment I walk into the med spa, I feel welcome and at ease. The space is impeccably clean, calming, and beautifully designed – the perfect environment for self-care. Sara takes the time to thoroughly discuss my concerns and goals, explaining each procedure in detail and ensuring I felt completely comfortable before we began. Sara has genuine care, and dedication to achieving the best results for her clients, without overselling. She is truly committed to excellence. I have seen a significant difference in my skin, and I'm thrilled with the results and will definitely be returning for more treatments in the future!

I followed Sara to Milton Medical Aesthetics and I can’t recommend her strongly enough! She is the perfect combination of skilled and conservative with botox/Dysport. You walk away still looking like yourself, just more refreshed and more youthful. She has never upsold me on anything and never encouraged me to get work I didn’t need or want. She should be your first spot if you’re looking to try out Botox for the first time.

I see Lindsey for Botox and fillers. She’s always so compassionate and takes her time with me. Her professionalism and knowledge is outstanding. My lips are thin and crooked and she always makes them look amazing!!

I have been going to see Lindsey at the Hingham, Easton, and Milton centers for years now. I would highly recommend Medical Aesthetics MA. Very professional, everyone is extremely nice, and I have never once felt pressured to "upsell" a service (unlike other places I have been prior - in Boston). I have had botox on my forehead and used their Trusculpt ID device to tone stubborn areas on my stomach. If you're a male and want to stay looking young and natural (not the overdone fake work you may see elsewhere), and also have stubborn fat areas that are hard to maintain with diet and working out, I would highly recommend using their therapies. Super nice team and always smiles. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

My first time at Milton Medical Aesthetics, and I was so impressed! The office is beautifully decorated and sterile! Keely is an amazing esthetician. Bright, cheerful, and extremely knowledgeable! She made me feel so comfortable spent extra time discussing procedures, products and self home care. Everyone in the office were so pleasant, from the reception on, making me feel very welcome. The environment and team work were like family! I will most definitely be returning!
