I’ve been a client of Sara M. at Milton Medical Aesthetics, and I can honestly say she’s one of the most down-to-earth and genuine professionals I’ve ever met. She’s incredibly honest and highly educated on facial symmetry and harmony, and she’s never once tried to push me to go overboard with filler or anything I don’t need... her main priority is always making sure I look natural and balanced. What I really appreciate about Sara M. is that she takes the time to explain alternative solutions and the science behind her recommendations. For example, she’ll suggest a lip flip instead of more filler, or she’ll educate you on why filler might migrate and how to focus on the goal you’re trying to achieve with different options. She clearly focuses on the best solution for you and makes sure you understand why she’s recommending certain treatments. Sara is so sweet, smart, and a lot of fun to chat with. Learning from her and trusting her expertise has been such a great experience. I trust her 1000% with both her practice and her personal opinion because I know she genuinely cares about helping me achieve the best version of myself in the most natural way. If you’re looking for someone honest, talented, and caring, Sara M. is absolutely the best! P.S. I would travel from NYC just to see her!

Sara is the most detailed, honest, and trustworthy person to go to when it comes to cosmetic services! Love!!! I see Sara for my lips and Botox and she does in insane job. She did a full dissolve and refill on my lips and I’ve never been happier. She is SO talented as an injector. I’ve also been seeing Keely for dermaplaning and hydrafacials regularly and my skin has improved drastically. She is so good at what she does and makes you feel so comfortable while she’s treating you. Can’t recommend them both enough!
